I figured since I am going to either be home or traveling all summer, I might as well start a blog so that I would be able to write down all of my adventures. I'm very curious as to whether or not I am going to like this or not. I used to keep a diary of some sort, but it was to tedious to remember to write in it all the time. I think it will be a lot more interesting if people I know read what I'm writing.
On another note, I'd started a quilt at Linda (Lisa's mother-in-law)'s house. Today I worked a bit on it and started sewing the blocks together, but the sewing machine is different that the other one I had used. I'm not sure how to work it but I'll figure it out soon.
I watched a mini-series called The Lost Room last night; It was so interesting that I ended up staying up until 3:00 in the morning finishing it. It was about a guy who comes across a lost hotel key, to a room that doesn't exist. The room can take you anywhere that has a door, but you can't leave anything inside of it or the room will reset itself. The Man's daughter went into the room by accident and the whole series is about him trying to get his daughter back. There's a lot more to the story, but I thought that it was great. It only has six episodes so it's not something that will take you a long time to watch it. If it even mildly interests you, go watch it; it's an amazing series.

It's definitely more fun to write when someone else is reading it then in a journal for yourself. I look back on my teenage journals and.... oh. my. They're all full of the most boring angst. Too bad that didn't have blogs back then in the "olden days".
You'll get used to the new machine - it takes some practice.
I'll have to look into the show - if it's just six episodes is it a miniseries? It sounds good!
Laume made me come - but I'm glad she did - just please don't tell her - I can't stand when she gets all, "I told you so"!
The show sounds good - what network did you watch it on?
Oh and I love the photo at the bottom of the blog - what does it say?
okay, you have to write another post now. This one is getting boring. NEW ONE NEW ONE NEW ONE NEW ONE....
Laume said to come say hi, so
"HI"
